It was a far cry from the skin baring outfits we usually see her wearing, but Jennifer Lopez looked as flawless as ever as she worked the red carpet at the People’s Choice Awards yesterday.
The actress, singer and mother-of-two turned heads in a black long-sleeved Reem Arca gown, covering up her svelt physique and famous legs. With no plunging necklines and sequins in sight the 47-year-old appeared the height of sophistication, the silver embellished detail on her bust only adding to the timeless look.
After glamming up the red carpet, the pop icon proceeded to pick up an award for Favourite Crime Drama TV Actress for her role in Shades Of Blue.
It was her first People’s Choice Award after six nominations, with Lopez admitting to the audience she “didn’t expect to win” in her acceptance speech and taking the time to thank her eight-year-old twins.
“And to my two favourite people, Max and Emme, my twins: Everything that I do is for you. I love you so much. Thank you so much everybody, I really appreciate it.”
