Jennifer Hawkins and her property developer husband Jake Wall splashed out $4 million on two adjacent waterfront lots in Newport for $4 million back in 2014, and now, it looks like construction on luxurious property is nearly complete!
Jake’s latest post via his J Group Project construction company’s Instagram shows some major renovations have been taking place over the past couple of months.
The $2 million propert is spread over four floors and features a pool, sunken lounge, four-car garage with lift, and a home theatre and gym.
