Jennifer Hawkins and husband Jake Wall have taken a quiet weekend away from their city living to celebrate their 5th wedding anniversary in the country.
The 34-year-old model took to Instagram to share a sweet snap of the pair rugged up from the winter chill.
‘Country living! I’m into it… ☺️Weekend with my ❤️’ she captioned.
Jake also took to his social media to share a loved-up snap from their weekend away.
‘Great winter getaway with this 🐨,’ he wrote.
Wall and Hawkins, who wed in 2013, have had their ‘ups and downs’ like most couples.
Earlier this year, Jennifer inisted in an interview with Stellar magazine, that the Instagram-perfect couple is flawed too.
‘That’s what happens when you are young and you break up a million times and then you come back together,’ says the Myer ambassador.
‘We’ve had a lot of downs, I guess, with Jake’s mum passing away and a few things happening in my family, so it hasn’t been perfect.’
