Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux’s marriage has been plunged into crisis once again – and it seems actress Mila Kunis is stuck in the middle.
Sources say Jennifer, 48, flew into a rage when Justin recently agreed to star with Mila, 33, in upcoming flick The Spy Who Dumped Me.
New Idea can reveal the sexy wife of Ashton Kutcher has grown extremely close to Justin, 45, having personally wooed him to sign up for the film.
‘Mila took Justin out to dinner a few times to convince him to take the role,’ says a Hollywood insider. ‘They met late at night at quiet, dark restaurants and Mila threw a bucket of charm at him. He was so taken with her that he couldn’t say no in the end.’
Now Jennifer and Justin – whose romance has had its ups and downs – are at breaking point after a series of furious arguments about his growing closeness to Mila.
‘Jen’s extremely threatened by Mila and has convinced herself something’s brewing between Mila and Justin,’ says an insider.
‘She sees how Justin melts around her whenever they speak and even ordered him not to take this role.’
Adds a source close to the star: ‘Jen is very close to Ashton and even rang him to make it clear that she wasn’t happy that Mila was seeing Justin alone. Jen thinks this is something that should be sorted out one agent to another.’
With the film set for release next year, industry sources say Mila was specifically ordered to get Justin on board.
‘The bosses basically asked Mila to woo Justin,’ says our insider.
‘He’s hot stuff in Hollywood right now, so having his name on the cast list adds gravitas to the movie. Plus, he’s a hugely cool and popular figure, so everyone’s thrilled Mila seems to have got him on board.’
