Jamie Lynn Spears’ eight year old daughter Maddie is in an ‘extremely serious’ condition in hospital, after a horrifying ATV accident which reportedly saw her trapped underwater for several minutes.
The former child star and sister of Britney Spears is now rushing to her daughter’s side. The child was on a Polaris off-road vehicle while on a hunting trip at the time. Her mother was not present and it is unclear if her father, Casey Aldridge, was there at the time.
Maddie was airlifted to hospital from the remote site of the accident.
Jamie Lynne has previously said of her daughter, ‘She’s got such a sweet little heart.
‘I feel like I’ve raised her with a lot of honesty, but I’ve also raised her with a lot of love. She’s a very happy, content little girl, and there’s nothing more a parent could ask for. That’s my most proud accomplishment out of anything and always will be.’
