Grammys host James Corden lost his SHOE in the 59th awards ceremony’s jokey opening segment.
The British presenter halted his song and dance routine after appearing to fall down some steps after making his appearances on stage as the awards show got underway at LA’s Staples Center.
In the fall he lost the shoe on his right foot, revealing a pink sock. He said: “Stop. This is a disaster!
“We have rehearsed and rehearsed and rehearsed this!”
Ushering the dancers off the stage he also moaned: “My mic’s gone, we cannot allow these sorts of mistakes.
“This is the Grammys people.
“I mean, come on.”
But he quickly rallied from the humorous humiliation, and boasted: “Beyonce’s performing tonight with twins in her tummy!”
