Conspiracy theories have emerged that Taylor Switch has staged a relationship with Tom Hiddleston to maximise on their publicity.
Just weeks after the 26-year-old superstar singer and UK DJ Calvin Harris announced their split, Taylor was snapped kissing rising star Tom who is 10 years her senior.
Doubtful onlookers are suggesting the unlikely couple’s very public make-out session outside Taylor’s Rhode Island home seem to be a ploy to draw attention to the pair and eventually provide fodder for her next album.
While the blonde bombshell is often bemoaning her desperate desire for a private life, this is not the first time she has debuted dates in public places such as New York’s Central Park.
Meanwhile, Tom is currently in contention to be the next James Bond and could certainly use a profile boost.
The surprise couple met at the Met Gala in New York last year where a video of them dancing was leaked on Snapchat.
Tom said: ‘I was on a table with Taylor and she said, “The thing about these parties is nobody gets up to dance.” She said, “If they play I Can’t Feel My Face we have to get up and dance.”
‘I said, “I’m in, of course, let’s go. Absolutely.” We jumped up and started dancing — which was great.’
