The estranged couple have put the family home they shared with their three children on the market just a month after announcing their split.
The five bedroom, three bathroom home on Sydney’s prestigious North Shore has been valued at between $3.5 million and $4 million.
Real estate agency Tower & London describe the property on the 920 square metre block as a ‘beautiful home’.
Boasting a swimming pool and new, fully equipped kitchen with top of the range appliances, Karl and Cassandra bought the house in 2010 for $2.3 million.
