It’s the Sydney home we’d all love to own – but Jennifer Hawkins and hubby Jake Wall have just sold their spectacular North Curl Curl property.
Raking in an estimated $5 million at auction on Thursday, the sale comes during a busy week for the 32-year-old style queen who has enjoyed the Melbourne Cup carnival trackside.
Jen and Jake purchased the stunning home for $1.66 million in 2013.
The five-bedroom house, which features an incredible walk-in wardrobe, was listed in the buyer’s guide as between $4.8 million to $5 million.
The pad also features three bathrooms and a heated outdoor swimming pool, not to mention clear beach views.
The pair, who were married in 2013, have had previous success in the real estate market in the past.
In 2010, they paid just under $1.4 million for a 700-square-metre block in Curl Curl.
