There’s a bizarre new theory making the rounds about I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! and it has something to do with the show’s supposed location.
According to The Daily Mail, viewers of the show are convinced that the program is actually being filmed in the Blue Mountains, and not Kruger National Park in South Africa.
Apparently, a couple of fans suspicions were aroused when an Instagram post featuring hosts Julia Morris and Dr. Chris Brown was geo-tagged to ‘Katoomba, New South Wales’.
Viewers flooded the posts comment section on the I’m A Celebrity Instagram account, with many accusing the producers of lying to them about where the jungle camp is situated.
One user commented on the post, “Um insta says katoomba Nsw on your post.. spoiler alert lmao”.
Some level-headed fans, however, took to the comment section to point out that someone living in Katoomba could be running the Instagram account.
One user commented, “Can it be someone is NSW posting this on behalf of the show? Then the location comes up? No? That how it works?”
Considering Dr. Chris Brown has uploaded many scenic shots from South Africa onto his own Instagram account, it looks like Channel 10 is indeed filming at Kruger National Park.
