Hugh Jackman has accidentally become a meme after he couldn’t hide the disappointment on his face after losing his Golden Globe nomination to James Franco.
Nominated for Best Actor in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for his role in The Greatest Showman, Jackman appeared utterly shocked and perplexed when Franco won for his role in The Disaster Artist.
The 49-year-old Hollywood A-lister’s face following the announcement has since gone viral on Twitter, with social media users feeling sorry for the star, as well as a few mocking him, after the camera panned and showed his downcast reaction.
However, following the unexpected loss Jackman and wife Deborra-lee Furness appeared to be in good spirits as they laughed and drank with Hollywood’s elite.
