Hugh Hefner’s son has opened up about his iconic father’s declining health.
Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, Cooper, 25, admitted that the 91-year-old Playboy patriarch is becoming increasingly frail.
“It’s tough to watch him struggle,” he said. “But I’m just happy it’s physical and not mental.”
According to reports, Hugh has recently put an end to his notorious womanising ways.
And while the young entrepreneur claimed that friends still visit the famous mansion for weekly dinners and film screenings, it seems as though his dad is living as a recluse.
“Hef is so frail he goes everywhere with a group of nurses,” playmate Carla Howe previously told Radar Online.
“Most of the time all he wants is to play chess with his friends and watch old films.”
The update comes just months after Cooper – who recently took over creative control of Playboy Enterprises – confessed that Hugh was struggling to overcome a serious injury.
“The reality is he has a really bad back,” he told E! News, adding that he was still “enjoying life at the mansion.”
