Huge news for Big Bang Theory fans

We’re going to be seeing a lot more of the gang in the future

After months of negotiating with the cast, CBS has confirmed ‘The Big Bang Theory’ will continue to air for two more years.

On Monday the network revealed they’d agreed with Warner Brothers Television to extend the show that debuted in 2007.

While we know two more seasons are expected, no other information about the agreement was released. Producers have agreements with actors Johnny Galecko, Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg and Kunal Nayyarto continue while negotiating similar deals with Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch.

As well as this exciting news, CBS also revealed they will premiere a prequel called, ‘Young Sheldon’ next year about Jim Parsons character at the age of 9. Jim will help narrate the series and Iain Armitage (Big Little Lies) has been cast as the title character.
