It was the biggest feud in House Rules history.
But it seems the tension between Team VIC and Team NSW has continued to boil long after the cameras stopped rolling.
Speaking exclusively to New Idea, outspoken single mums Fiona and Nicole allege Sydney battlers Troy and Bec were ‘the nastiest’ team in the competition. – and there’s animosity between the two teams to this day.
“They were always fighting with us for the sake of fighting,” Nicole claims.
On the other side of the fence, Troy doesn’t have anything nice to say about his rivals.
“They know what they did, I know what they did… You won’t believe what’s to come from them,” he complains.
Troy may be referring to an incident in a recent episode, which saw Fiona and Nicole react insensitively towards fellow co-star Andrew after he sustained a life-threatening gash to his wrist on set.
“If Jono and Andrew have to withdraw that’s good for us,” they said.
“That’s going to mean that we’re automatically through.”
Their disgraceful comments left viewers reeling, with one taking to Twitter to pen: “Says it all – they really are the lowest of the low.”
