The final whole house reveal on House Rules promises to be gripping viewing, with Sydney hot-head Troy coming up against feisty British judge Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen – with one of them coming off second best!
The look on Troy and Bec’s faces as LLB delivers his signature judgements is priceless – but their bitter words that follow from the NSW team are less than funny. Unless you’re Fiona and Nicole, who at times seemed to be lapping it up!
‘Such a shame it was so dull,’ slams LLB of some of the renovation and styling work he’s seen, to which a stunned Troy responds, ‘Are you kidding?’
‘I haven’t said good things about you all the way through, anyway,’ adds the street maintenance worker – who has a long history of clashing with others on the show.
A “shush’ from LLB fails to stem the flow of anger, with Troy saying of the international style guru, ‘I think he doesn’t have a clue what he’s talking about.’
Clearly losing his patience with Troy’s reaction to the judging panel’s feedback, a no-nonsense LLB responds, ‘I do suggest you listen, because you actually are wrong.’
