The couple have ruffled their fair share of feathers this season on House Rules.
And now Pete and Courtney are sure to stir up some drama again as they reveal their secret weapon to success on the renovation show.

“Solving problems through the week is the basic secret of House Rules,” Pete, 32, tells New Idea.
“Something that we learnt really quickly about House Rules was it’s not just about design, styling and renovation. It’s about problem solving, and that was a lesson that we all learnt really, really quickly in the beginning.
“And you have to think quickly, and you kind of had to know and be OK with the fact that just because you’ve designed something to look this way, doesn’t mean that it gets that way at the end of the week, and that’s OK.”
The Melbourne duo say their pragmatic approach to the competition is what has given them an edge so far, ensuring they remain a tight-knit team.
“You can’t crack,” Courtney, 31, says.
“Once you crack you’ve got to re-focus and get back on track and fixing your emotions and that kind of thing.
“You’ll find that we don’t crack very often. You can’t afford to lose a day in the seven-day reno. It’s so hard. You won’t see us often lose a plot.”
