After months of missed opportunities, Scarlett and Justin have finally found their way to each other – but will their first date spell the end of not just their budding romance but Justin’s life?
Next week on Home And Away, Scarlett (Tania Nolan) turns to Brody (Jackson Heywood) for advice about Justin (James Stewart). Scarlett admits that ever since Justin said he wanted more and she turned him down, things have been really awkward between them. And lately, Justin has been doing his best to ice her out.
Brody doesn’t mince his words when shelling out his advice: Scarlett needs to act fast!
Doing what she’s told, Scarlett hunts Justin down and unloads her true feelings, hoping he’ll react with open arms. And he does! Over the moon that Scarlett has finally come around to him, he immediately asks her out for their first date.
The next day, Justin and Scarlett head to a secluded beach for a romantic picnic.
Enjoying their time away from the Summer Bay bustle, the loved-up pair go swimming. For a moment, everything is perfect. Justin decides one last dip is necessary so he walks further out before diving in.
Swooning, Scarlett could pinch herself – why didn’t she start dating Justin sooner? Just as she starts to truly feel happy, she notices Justin hasn’t surfaced.
Scarlett spots Justin’s limp body and rushes out to pull him back in. Luckily, she’s skilled in first aid and, without thinking, gets to work.
Can Scarlett save Justin before it’s too late?
