It’s been a rocky start for Ben Astoni and Justin Morgan.
Their animosity escalates when they have an altercation at the beach.
Ben (Rohan Nichol) is left furious when his surfboard ends up broken, but Justin won’t hear it – he’s adamant it’s not his fault.
Despite Justin ruffling his feathers, Ben has fallen in love with Summer Bay – although his girls haven’t.
After leaving the beach, Justin drives Ben’s car past him on a test drive and Ben automatically assumes Justin’s stolen his car.
Seeing him running after the car, Justin pulls over, utterly perplexed as to what Ben is doing. Ben demands his car back, but Justin explains he’s been fixing it and was checking to see how it was running.
Seething, Ben asks for his keys back, but Justin won’t budge until Ben coughs up payment for his services.
Instead, the pair settle on finishing the test drive with Ben in the car, and the unlikely pair set off on their journey.
Before long there’s a crash, and the two guys get in another argument.
It seems Ben’s wish has come true: the Astonis will be staying in the Bay until this situation is sorted!
