She’s one of Australia’s most beloved stars of Summer Bay – and Home and Away actress Olivia Deeble proved she’s committed to staying as healthy as possible as she showed off the results of a recent fitness mission.
The 16-year-old star took to her popular Instagram page to share a video of her doing a set of squats – and while to the casual observer they looked pretty impressive, the star revealed she wasn’t even performing at her best.

‘Half ass attempt at a squat because I was DEAD and @jonocastanoacero only films the last set,’ the television favourite joked.
‘In all seriousness though @jonocastanoacero has helped me reach my fitness goals and remain positive even when I didn’t feel my greatest.
‘Much love to him and @acerotrainingseries ♥️ #onecommunity #squats #fitness.’
Olivia – who plays the part of Raffy on Home and Away – looked the part for her training session, pairing a black singlet with black leggings.
Speaking previously to New Idea, she has opened up about her attitude to her body.
‘I am very curvy and I love that about myself at times and, at times, I don’t,’ revealed. ‘But, as a whole, I’m pretty happy with myself.’
‘I think [having a positive body image] is one of the most important things,’ she went on.
‘My mother has been a huge help to me. She’s always taught me if you’re not feeling good, find something good. Don’t look in the mirror and think bad things. No-one’s judging you and if they are, that’s just wrong.’
Speaking previously about her fitness regimen, Olivia shared: ‘I try to fit in going to the gym at least three times a week.
‘I’ll also try to do one Pilates class a week and I’m trying to do one body pump class. It’s important to maintain a workout because I think it does make you happier if you are active.’
