The ex-husband of Hilary Duff reportedly sexually assaulted the woman at his Los Angeles home on February 11.
The woman allegedly told authorities she met Comrie at a bar before they went back to his place with a second woman.
She claims the 36-year-old raped her multiple times at his home, however Comrie says it was consensual, according to TMZ.
The website also reports that after the incident, the woman went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where a rape kit was administered.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to Us Weekly they were investigating an incident for alleged sexual battery.
Comrie split from Duff in 2015 after six years of marriage. The pair share a son together named Luca.
