Hayden Panettiere’s boyfriend Brian Hickerson has been arrested for domestic violence according to US Weekly.
Brian was arrested on May 2 and released on a $50,000 bond after ‘redness and marks’ were found on the actresses’ body after an altercation between the couple.
Hayden “appeared to be frantic, and struggled to unlock the door in a hurry,” a source claimed.
It’s not Brian’s first brush with the law either. In October last year he was involved in an altercation with his father David who was left with “what appeared to be blood on his face,” a source claimed.
In the past Hayden spoke of her plans to marry Brian.
“I’ve lived a big life, I’ve met a lot of people. I learn something new from [Brian] every day, and that’s something that not many people can provide me with,” she told Us in February.
When asked if she had plans to wed, she said: “I think so. I hope so.”
“[We] love being low key, being mellow, having experiences, having conversations, really in-depth conversations,”
