Happy Days cast member Erin Moran has been found at just 56-years old.
The actress, who was best known for her role as the feisty little sister, Joanie in the hit show was found unresponsive by police at her Indiana home earlier on today.
Erin shot to fame in the role, which started in 1974 and ran for almost a decade.
She continued the role in 1982 in the short-lived spinoff Joanie Loves Chachi, alongside Scott Baio, until its cancellation the following year.
The California actress had fallen on hard times in recent years after she was reportedly kicked out of her trailer park home in Indiana, along with her husband, and was subsequently living out of a motel in Corydon, battling substance abuse.
Leading the tributes to the actress was cast member Henry Winkler, who played Arthur Fonzarelli in the hit show.
