In an exciting development, Grant Denyer and Yvie Jones are joining forces to host a national Summer Breakfast show for the Hit Network in December.
The Grant & Yvie show will run for two weeks, and the Hit Network believes the fun pair will bring the laughs.

“Grant and Yvie are both much loved members of the Hit Network and we are thrilled to announced they will be on air this December as part of our national summer breakfast line-up,” Gemma Fordham, Head of the Hit Network said.
Yvie – who rose to fame on Gogglebox – previously hosted Fifi Box’s Fox FM show while she was on maternity leave.
Grant will be making his return to radio following the axing of his 2Day FM breakfast show with Ed Kavalee and Ash London.
On the 15th of August, Gemma Fordham announced that the show would be replaced with music.
Grant, Ed and Ash were all expected to remain within the network.
At the time, Kyle Sandilands took to Twitter to celebrate the show being cancelled.
The radio host – who used to host the Kyle and Jackie O Show on 2day FM – also said “another one bites the dust #seeya,” barely concealing his joy at the axing of Grant, Ash and Ed’s breakfast show.
The Grant & Yvie Summer Breakfast show will air 6 am-9 am weekdays from Monday, December 9th to Friday, December 20 across the Hit Network’s metro markets.
2Day FM will continue with Music for Breakfast over summer.
