George Clooney and wife Amal will welcome a baby girl early next year, with the A-listers confirming they’re pregnant and expecting a daughter!
The couple made the shock announcement to friends last week, revealing that after a year of trying they’ve finally received the pregnancy news they have been hoping for.
‘George and Amal are so happy,’ a close friend tells. ‘They can’t believe they’re going to be parents at last. Amal burst into tears when she heard, and even George welled up because he was so overcome with emotion. They still can’t believe it’s happening!
‘The idea of having a mini-me she can take shopping has been the icing on the cake for Amal, and George is over the moon at the thought of raising a little girl – he’s beyond excited.’
