Could Australia’s most infamous couple be back together?
According to The Daily Telegraph, former lovebirds Goeffrey Edelsten and ex-wife Brynne were seen spending time together earlier this week at the Crown Casino in Melbourne, the location of their 2009 wedding.
It’s also been reported that the pair have “met a couple of times recently” and have been “mending bridges” after a period of little contact following their messy split in 2014.
The news comes just one week after Geoffrey, 73, was spotted as he arrived for a divorce settlement hearing with the 33-year-old.
Speaking with Confidential back in 2015, Brynne described their relationship breakdown as “nasty and brutal.”
I can’t think of any way it could have gone worse,” she confessed.
“If I were to get married again and knew what I had to go through, I would never have even considered it.”
To date, Goeffrey’s five-year union with Brynne has been the longest of his three marriages.
He separated from third wife Gabi Grecko in September 2015 just four months after they tied the knot, and had previously wed Leanne Nesbitt in 1984.
