Freddie Highmore appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show this week and the popular television host shared an adorable throwback from the first time he ever appeared on the show!
Highmore first appeared on Ellen when he was 12-years-old while promoting for his new film, Finding Neverland, in which he starred alongside Kate Winslet.
The now 25-year-old is asked if he remembers the time he last appeared on the daytime show, to which he responds: ‘I do, I think it was first time I had done one of these things [interviews] on my own and I had been left to my own devices.’
Ellen responds, ‘You were kind enough to share a talent. Not to many people can do it, let’s show it.’
The audience is then shown a clip, and well, hilarity ensues.
Once the clip ends, Ellen says through laughter: ‘You were very talented.’
Freddie responds, ‘Thank you, I don’t think it caught on.’
Freddie was on Ellen to promote his new show The Good Doctor, which saw him nominated for an Emmy Award for Best Actor.
