Former 16 and Pregnant star Valerie Fairman, has been found dead from a suspected drug overdose.
Valerie’s mother told TMZ that while her daughter was at a friend’s house on Wednesday, concern was raised after she didn’t return from the bathroom.
When the door was broken down, the MTV star was unresponsive.
In audio obtained from TMZ, the dispatcher is heard changing the call to DOA (Dead On Arrival), telling the paramedics they would need containers for needles.
Valerie has long struggled with substance abuse and had trouble with the law.
In recent years, she had been arrested for prostitution and only last week was arrested for resisting arrest and giving a false identification to law enforcement.
Valerie leaves behind seven-year-old daughter Nevaeh – heaven spelt backwards.
