Reality TV star Kim Zolciak-Biermann has sparked outrage online following her latest Snapchat.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star uploaded a series of videos, showing her 14-year-old daughter Ariana, being zapped by an electronic dog collar in exchange for being allowed to hang out with her friends.

“You like getting shocked, you psycho? You two are not right,” Kim said.

“Are you guys idiots?! Who does this? These two are not right, I’m not even playing.”
