Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have tied the knot in a Western ceremony in the actresses native India.
The first of a three-day celebration, Priyanka, 36 and Nick, 26 – who got engaged in July – celebrated at the glamorous Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, with the Christian ceremony led by Nick’s pastor father Paul Kevin Jonas Sr.
The couple both wore custom Ralph Lauren for the joyous occasion.
While Priyanka’s royal friend Meghan Markle wasn’t in attendance, other guests included Parineeti Chopra, Madhu Chopra, Game of Thrones’ Sophie Turner, actress Elizabeth Chambers, The Only Way Is Essex star Jasmin Walia, plus the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was slated for the reception, PinkVilla.com reported.
‘One of the most special things that our relationship has given us is a merging of families who love and respect each other’s faiths and cultures. And so planning our wedding with an amalgamation of both was so so amazing,’ the couple wrote via Instagram.
