They’ve only been dating for a couple of months, but judging from photos of a recent holiday together with their children, it seems Fifi Box and her new boyfriend Damien Richardson are set to take their budding relationship to the next level.
Sources close to the pair tell New Idea that they used their recent romantic getaway to Bali to scout around for suitable wedding ceremony locations.
The pair spent a few days at the luxurious Intercontinental Hotel in Jimbaran in the south, before upgrading to an even more luxurious resort in the tourist town of Seminyak – which also happens to be a favourite destination for brides‐to‐be dreaming of a fairytale wedding.
As well as looking over wedding packages at the Intercontinental Hotel, the couple were also seen checking out several other ‘big occasion’ venues in the village of Seminyak, sparking whispers that a wedding announcement is not far away.
‘Fifi is head-over-heels in love with Damien, and no-one would be surprised if they got married sooner rather than later,’ the source reveals.
‘Fifi loves holidaying abroad because she feels she can really drop out of the spotlight, take a proper break and be herself without being recognised every 30 seconds. So getting married in Bali is something she would definitely consider ‒ no doubt about it.’
A friend adds: ‘She doesn’t want to waste time dating other men – she knows that Damien is the one for her.’
Also on the loved-up getaway were Fifi’s daughter Trixie, four, and Damien’s eldest daughter. It’s the first time 40-year-old Fifi’s been spotted with any of her 47-year-old boyfriend’s children, making this holiday even more special.
‘They were having a ball,’ says an onlooker. ‘Fifi and Damien were all smiles when they were in the pool together, and both of them seemed to really love playing with both the kids. Damien was a real natural with Trixie, they all seemed to have a lot of fun.’
