Heather Locklear entered a Los Angeles rehab following a huge “breakdown” over the holidays, according to RadarOnline.com.
Sources tell the news site that the former ‘Melrose Place’ vixen was so out of it on pills and booze that she had to be propped up by staff at the Cliffside Malibu Rehab Center.
“When she came in, she was drunk and on pills, crying and screaming,” the source tells RadarOnline.com, adding, “She had to be helped because she was so f***ed up!”
Heather, 55, who’s reportedly had problems with alcohol and drugs for years, was placed in detox.
“She’s in a private house with two other people. The only time she comes out is to see the doctor,” says the source.
Heather recently had some shoppers alarmed and starring at an LA-area mall when she showed up looking “puffy-faced and out of it.”
“Heather’s in a bad place again,” Radar’s source says. “Hopefully, this time she’ll get the help she needs.”
