Melissa denies all allegations of attempting to kidnap her children.  Jean-David Blanc, a very busy businessman, a close friend to Xavier Niel, has always agreed that Melissa could live and work abroad with her children as and when required or to visit family in Australia, to which she has done since their birth.

‘The September 13th-14th trip, 6 months ago in 2016, was preplanned a month before for work commitments and approved by Jean David Blanc.  After the assault on Melissa, the morning of September 7th, for which Jean David Blanc received a one month suspended sentence, but has now lodged an appeal, there was never a no-fly block enforced that Melissa was informed of.

‘ As proof, the plane charter booking organized was made 2 days before the “no fly order”. The allegations of Melissa kidnapping her children are therefore fabricated.

‘”I am not taking these allegations lightly and it is in the hands of my lawyers. I deny these allegations and all actions today and always will be in the best interest of my son’s Raphaël and Solal.” – Melissa George, March 12th, 2017.
