Yellow Wiggle Emma Watkins has confirmed that she is not expecting her first child with husband and Purple Wiggle Lachlan Gillespie after rumours surfaced online.
Fans found themselves in a frenzy after a cryptic message on social media hinted at an upcoming announcement.
Alongside an image of the two, Watkins wrote: “Stay tuned.”
“I know sorry about that,” she told the hosts.
“We’ve been doing lots of interesting filming coming up for some new releases and I was trying to get everyone excited for some new things.
“But Lachy and I aren’t expecting at the moment but we would love children some day in the future but not right now.”
The couple got married in April 2016.
