Concerns have been raised for Em Rusciano after she said “I can’t do this” live on air before walking out of the studio where she records her 2Day FM breakfast radio show.
The mother of two’s co-host Harley Breen opened a segment during which they were talking about a ‘letter from Harley’s teacher’.
However, a clearly emotional Em was only able to clear her throat and ask, ‘What are we doing now?’
After attempting to re-start the conversation she whispered, ‘I can’t do this’.
‘You alright buddy?’ Harley asked.
He then said that the hosts would ‘take a little short break and come back shortly.
Southern Cross Austereo’s representative explained that Rusciano was ‘caught off guard’ due to a ‘personal issue’.
