Ellen DeGeneres has reportedly stopped speaking to some of her closest friends, leaving them struggling to understand why.
The 58-year-old TV host has been friends with singer Melissa Etheridge, 55, for nearly 30 years, but sources have told Life and Style Magazine that the pair aren’t speaking.
In another telling sign of the friendship break down Etheridge hasn’t appeared on DeGeneres’ iconic chat show since 2010.
‘It seems like Ellen’s cut Melissa out of her life,’ says the source.
Other pals have reportedly claimed that “she’s not the friendly, funny and loveable Ellen that everyone knew back in the day”.
