Diane Kruger and Joshua Jackson have split after 10 years together.
Reps for both confirm exclusively to PEOPLE: ‘Diane Kruger and Josh Jackson have decided to separate and remain friends.’
The pair were last pictured together on Saturday, one day after Kruger’s 40th birthday.
Kruger moved to New York in March to be with Jackson while he was appearing the Broadway play Smart People.
According to the Daily Mail, Kruger told reporters she was unsure about about getting married again.
‘Welcome to my dilemma,’ she said.
‘I just moved to New York. I need to unpack and buy some house stuff, like candles and books
‘[Moving here] was a major commitment. That’s a big step into adulthood for me, to allow that time for someone else out of my time.’
Diane began dating Jackson, 38, in 2006 after she split from her husband of five years, French director Guillaume Canet.
