Oscar-winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr. is denying he sexual assaulted Instagram personality Claudia Oshry (AKA @girlwithnojob) after shocking claims were made against the actor.
It has been but a matter of days since the Jerry Maguire star was accused of grabbing a woman’s breast in a New York nightclub – an accusation which the 51-year-old denies – and now the social media star has made a separate allegation against him on her podcast The Morning Toast.

On June 11, Claudia Oshry made a detailed accusation where she claimed the Hollywood actor sexually assaulted her when she was just 16 years old.
Speaking on her podcast, Oshry began: “At the end of the day, like, I don’t know if I’ve ever considered myself to be, like, a victim of sexual assault because I’m not.
“There are people who are real victims that I would never compare myself to them. But yes, when I was in high school—I was f–king 16 years old—Cuba Gooding Jr. put his finger up my butt, and I felt wild.
“Like, I felt—I don’t even know what the right word is. And now, it’s just become, like, a part of who I am. It’s a part of my story.”
Since Oshry made the accusation, Gooding’s attorney, Mark Heller, has released a statement affirming that Cuba is categorically denying the claim, as well as knowing who Oshry is.
“Cuba says this incident never happened and he has no recollection of this individual either.”
Oshry’s story of sexual assault is one in now an increasing line of women coming forward with disturbing stories against the actor.
Last Thursday, Cuba Gooding Jr. was charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse in the third degree after the unidentified woman spoke to police about an incident which occurred in a New York club.
The actor was arrested after turning himself into authorities.
Cuba has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Oshry went on to applaud his unnamed accuser for going to the police, while also stating that since speaking out against Gooding on her podcast and during her live comedy shows, women have come up to her and detailed their own negative experiences with the actor.
“At least once every show, someone who comes up to me, they’re like, ‘Oh my God! Me and my friends were at a club and the same thing happened to me’ or ‘the same thing happened to my friend.
“This is not the first time that I’ve heard, but this is the first time I’ve heard that police are involved.”
“Good on this girl,” Oshry continued. “Because how many f–king people is he going to grope before one of them calls the police? Mine was 10 years ago!”
