2016 will probably be a year Kerri-Anne Kennerley would like to forget, after her husband suffered a near-fatal accident in March.
John Kennerley suffered a broken neck after falling from a balcony, with Kerri-Anne stepping in as full time carer since the accident.
But it hasn’t been easy.
The TV personality revealed on Sunday Night that she has struggled to come to terms with the reality of his husband’s injuries.
‘I hate this new life to be quite frank. I just hate it. It’s awful.’
But now she has something to smile about, after posting a festive picture of herself with John, dressed up for Christmas.
In the post, she lovingly revealed she had everything she could have wished for.
‘Whilst the Christmas countdown is on, I have everything I could ask for in this one picture #blessed.’
