She was crowned Queen of the Jungle last month, and despite having remained quiet since her I’m A Celebrity Get Me out of Here win, Casey Donovan revealed to New Idea that she has in fact been very busy.
‘I was Uber driving and recording an EP and now I’m here at the Logies,’ she laughed during our interview.
The former Australian Idol winner revealed at the beginning of the year that she supplements her music income by working as a part-time Uber driver, but with the arrival of her new single Lonely, due out on May 30, she could be leaving her driving days behind for good.
Meanwhile, the 28-year-old rocked a fabulous black lace frock and glam make-up for her Logies appearance and performed a stunning rendition of David Bowie’s Heroes on the night.
The much-loved singer has been spending as much time as possible with her family after stepdad Norm Axfordwas diagnosed with pancreatic cancer while she was on I’m A Celeb.
