After weeks of mystery, Brynne Edelsten has introduced her other half to the world, following her bizarre announcement she is engaged.
Refusing to name her new man or supply any other details, the starlet’s abrupt social media announcement of her engagement left many stunned and wondering what is really going on. Now it can be revealed that the lucky man is reportedly named Brett Hunter – and he looks decidedly younger than Brynne’s ex husband, controversial businessman Geoffrey Edelsten.
Brynne was seen picking up her man at the airport, writing on Facebook: ‘It’s good to have him home, I had to wake up early but he’s worth it.’
The former reality TV wife shocked many observers a few weeks ago by claiming she was engaged – news which notably came as a genuine shock to many who know her personally. Among them her ex-husband, who announced it was the first he’d heard of her having a new man, despite the former couple now said to be back on good terms.
‘It’s very sudden. I have been talking to her a fair bit over the last few months and she never mentioned a relationship, so the news seems surprising,’ Geoffrey told Fairfax Media, before asking: ‘Who is she engaged to?’
But despite skepticism in some quarters about what might be going on, loved-up Brynne is sticking to her beautiful story of a second chance at happiness.
‘I’m engaged,’ Brynne wrote – with one fan replying, ‘Have you been hacked?’
