The who’s who of the British music scene have gathered for the highlight event on the industry calendar, the annual Brit Awards.

With the premier music event celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2020, the stars pulled out all the stops as they stepped out on the red carpet at The O2 Arena in London on Tuesday.
Leading the red carpet arrivals was singing sensation Melissa Viviane Jefferson, aka Lizzo, who stunned in chic albeit hilarious frock, which was inspired by a block of chocolate.
The 31-year-old superstar showed off her good sense of humour by pretending to take a bite out of her chocolate bar clutch while posing for snaps on the red carpet.
Despite not taking herself too seriously, Lizzo still managed to look glamorous in her hilarious ensemble, with a runway-ready makeup look and up-knot hairdo.
Among the stellar lineup of nominees is recent Grammy winner Billie Eilish, who cleaned up at the 2020 Grammy Awards, taking home five out of six nominated gongs.
Joining Billie are other nominees Harry Styles, Lewis Capaldi, Mabel and Stormzy who is set to join previously announced BRITs Rising Star winner Celeste on stage.
