Bride & Prejudice Australia’s Ange and Dylan are in love and ready to get married and spend their lives together, but Ange’s religious dad John is completely against it.
John firmly believes that being gay is a sin and thinks his 23-year-old daughter’s planned marriage to Dylan, 31, is a mistake that will send them both to hell.
Ange and her dad John are very close, with Ange’s mum sadly passing away when she was just six-years-old, but he still doesn’t want Ange with Dylan.
“Some of it’s probably my doing from the way I raised her,” John says. “She’s got two brothers, we all grew up in a house together, she thinks she’s a boy.”
John says he loves his daughter very much, but is adamant that by marrying a woman she will go straight to ‘hell’.
Will John end up attending daughter Ange and Dylan’s wedding?
