Former No Doubt vocalist Gewn Stefani is recovering after a horrifying incident on a plan saw her eardrum burst mid flight.
According to her boyfriend Blake Shelton, the star is planning to return to the stage tomorrow night, following the disturbing incident.
‘She’s getting better,’ he told Entertainment Tonight on Monday.
‘Something like that is just slow. I mean pop – blow your eardrum out — I don’t even know how that happens. But I don’t know how it heals either. But, she says she can hear now. She’ll be all right.’
Gwen was forced to ditch her commitments immediately after the injury, which happened after she boarded a private jet with a head cold. When the plane reached a certain altitude, the eardrum burst, requiring treatment at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
“Concluded Shelton, ‘She’s doing good. She’s tough.”
