Convicted murderer Charles Manson has been rushed to hospital.
According to US website TMZ, the prisoner was taken from Corcoran State Prison to a nearby hospital after suffering gastrointestinal issues.
The infamous 82-year-old cult leader was convicted for conspiracy to commit the Manson Family murders in 1969.
A spokesman for California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation refused to comment due to ‘inmate privacy issues’.
