Hugh Jackman has this morning announced the passing of his mother-in-law Fay, in an emotional Instagram post.
‘I’m blessed to say Fay Duncan was my Mother in Law,’ he wrote. ‘She was one of the greatest women I’ve ever met. Wise, funny, loving, cheeky, generous, and a true leader. She had an incredible gift for always being right …. which must have been a true burden for her as she was also incredibly patient with us mere mortals. Fay, I love you more than words can express. Hugh and wife Deborra-Lee Furness have been spending a lot of time in Melbourne recently, as Fay’s health declined. The star and his beloved Deborah-Lee have been married for 20 years and share two adopted children, son Oscar, 16, and daughter Ava, 10.
