Blac Chyna and fiancé Rob Kardashian welcomed their first child together, daughter Dream Kardashian, on Thursday, Nov. 10, a source confirms to PEOPLE.
‘Rob looks very excited. They are preparing [Chyna] for the c-section. There is a film crew with them,’ a source told the publication.
