The divorce battle between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt continues.
According to the Daily Mail, documents show that Brad has filed for joint custody of their children.
Papers allegedly seen by DailyMail.com were filed in the Superior Court of California, Los Angeles, on Friday.
52-year-old Brad states that he is ending his marriage with Angelina over ‘irreconcilable differences’.
He then lists his children – Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox, and Vivienne – and puts down that he is seeking joint custody.
Angelina filed for divorce on September 19 – a day after the couple and son Maddox were involved in an alleged altercation on their private plane.
