But Bold and the Beautiful actor Thorsten Kaye – who plays ridge Forrester on the show – has spoken out about what it’s really like filming sex scenes for the long-running CBS soap.
“I don’t care for it. I don’t like it,” he revealed during an episode of Channel Ten’s Family Feud.
“It might sound wonderful with these beautiful women, but it’s not – it’s awkward, it’s weird.”
“You’ve got guys behind the camera going, ”yeahhh!’” he added.
“It’s not fun for me.”
The 51-year-old also agreed with host Grant Denyer when he suggested there was lots of “kissing” on the steamy show, despite joking that he was yet to lock lips with his co-star Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who plays his daughter Steffy Forrester.
The German-born actor first debuted on the series in 2013, replacing Ronn Moss in the role.
