Almost ten years since her dad passed away, Bindi Irwin has shared a heartbreaking post on Instagram dedicated to the late Steve Irwin.
The throwback picture shows a young Bindi helping her dad wax a surfboard.
Accompanying the image, Bindi wrote, ‘I love you. I hope I’m making you proud.’
Bindi’s commenters were quick to offer support for the Wildlife Warrior.
‘This just broke my heart bindi, you are the luckiest girl to have a dad like him,’ one commenter wrote.
Another said, ‘He will be proud of you no matter what!’
The picture comes after Bindi, who turns 18 next month, shared a grown-up picture of herself last week.
‘In consideration of Thelma and Louise and my friend who I’ve loved my whole life, Thelma,’ Bindi wrote in the caption. ‘This shirt is for you.’
