Bindi Irwin has opened up about her broken heart, as her relationship with boyfriend Chandler Powell hits its most serious hurdle to date.
The much-loved conservationist is said to be ‘shattered’ that the pair have been forced to abandon plans to move in together last month.
Sources close to Bindi, 18, tell New Idea that while she loves Chandler – who lives in Seffner, Florida – she has serious concerns over the relationship as their careers force them apart.
‘They were planning to move in together on the Sunshine Coast before Christmas, but the realities of Chandler having to commute from Australia to compete in extreme sports comps around the globe just make it much harder,’ says a source. They’ve had to shelve plans to move in – and that’s shattered Bindi.’
